I have a dog with a black mass inside the lower lid of one eye, below the cornea. There have been no changes in the mass for a month. Additionally, the opposite eye has a history of growths on the inside upper lid that have required surgery twice but recur and then resolve on their own. The dog also has a history of a severe brown recluse spider bite two years ago, which almost resulted in death and required extensive care. What is the nature of the current eye issue, and could it be related to the dog's immune system or the previous spider bite?

My dog had a gland flush three months ago and was recommended to eat tuna-flavored water and pumpkin. He had no signs of worms in his stool, but now he is low crawling, chasing his bottom, and running under beds. What could be wrong with him?

Should we lower the dosage of Fludrocortisone (0.1mg 2 pills/day and 5mg 1 pill/day) for our dog with Addison's Disease? She is developing stiff front legs (only for a little while) but she may have 5-10 bouts per day.

My 7-year-old male Basset Hound is walking around the house, licking the carpet and salivating, with red and watery eyes, but no distended stomach or signs of pain. He often goes outside and sometimes vomits, but returns fine. This behavior started several years ago and now occurs almost every week. What could be causing this and what can I do to help?

Our 2-year-old female Bull-Mastiff has developed a phobia of climbing 6 steps from the den to the living room. She previously hesitated but always managed to climb them. She can still climb steps at the vet's office. We've tried enticing her with treats, but nothing works. What do you recommend?
