I have a four-year-old Wheaton Terrier with long-term ear infections. Recently, I've noticed a head tilt when he gets up and he no longer wants to run and play. He is on allergy meds and has been on antibiotics multiple times, but the issue is not resolving. What advice do you have?

How do I put a 16-year-old dog down peaceably at home?

My 9-month-old dog has acute kidney disease and weighs 22lbs. She shakes, cries, and groans. I took her to the vet, who kept her for fluids for two days, but she still exhibits these symptoms. I love my dog and want to help her feel better. The vet prescribed medication, but it was expensive. Are there other remedies I can try?

Our 12-month-old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon has a small 'jello'-like lump along his flank discovered while grooming after running in low brush. It's on his spleen side and seems slightly tender to the touch. Yesterday, it appeared to be a fatty tumor, but it increased in size slightly after palpating and is now smaller again. What could this lump be?

Our dog has been vomiting for several hours and is getting increasingly worse, even though she hasn't had food or water. We are far from an ER. What can we do to stabilize her until morning, or should we drive to the ER?

My 13-year-old diabetic dog isn't feeling well today. She ate half of her usual w/d canned food, had diarrhea, and vomited a large amount of brown liquid. What should I do to help her, and is it safe to feed her her normal meal later if she improves?
