I have a newly adopted dog named PepperJack, who is 1 year old. He was very energetic the first week but became lethargic and had diarrhea on the second week. He also vomited several times and had a normal stool this morning. He has been eating and drinking, but I'm concerned about potential poisoning or anxiety when we leave for the day, as he becomes lethargic and refuses to eat. What should I watch for, and how can I help him with his anxiety?
