I have a one-month-old Maltese puppy who is having difficulty breathing since yesterday afternoon. She was treated with oxygen, IV fluids, and an incubator at the vet, and was sent home with an antibiotic. Despite these treatments, she is not improving. What else can I do to help her breathe better at home, and is it safe to use my nebulizer for breathing treatments?

My 7-year-old spayed Doberman, Abba, has not been eating for two days and is vomiting bile. She is drinking fine and is less active but not lethargic. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Cash, was accidentally run over by a gator. He has a bruised and wet stomach, is in pain, and has difficulty laying down or walking. What should I do to help him, and is it necessary to take him to an emergency veterinarian?

My dog, Mac, has been coughing a lot for about a day, trying to cough up something but only bringing up saliva. He makes a strange noise when he tries to bark and it lasts for 10 minutes before stopping for a while. His breathing seems normal, and he's eating and drinking as usual, but he hasn't eaten tonight. What could be causing this and what should I do until I can get him to the vet?

My 90-pound dog, Yellow, who is 10 years old, ate 1 grape found on the floor. There has been no vomiting. Does the dog take any daily or monthly medications or vitamins? Is this a cause for concern?

My dog, Milo, age 10, has been experiencing heavy panting, itching, swollen eyes, restlessness, and vomiting after receiving a dose of antibiotics (Cephalexin 500mg, Ketoconazole 200mg, and Robenacoxib 40mg) for a pre-existing yeast and fungal infection. He vomited food and liquid, but there was no evidence of eating anything unusual. Recent blood tests confirm an infection, and an ultrasound shows an enlarged liver with irregularities. The vet stopped the medication and suggested consulting a cancer specialist for potential surgery. I'm seeking a second opinion on whether this could be a reaction to the medication or if there's another underlying issue, and what steps can be taken to alleviate his symptoms.
