I have a Pekingese, Cheddah, who is 8 years old. She has lost her appetite since Thursday, is lethargic, has slower breathing than usual, and may be wheezing. She is drinking water but is hesitant to go outside. She shows no signs of pain but is not herself. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Antonia, is healthy and acting normal but keeps making a loud, congested noise when trying to breathe through her nose. She is 6 years old, eats and drinks normally, and has shown no skin irritation. She swallowed an Aleve pill 3 weeks ago but was treated and has shown no symptoms since. What could be causing her nasal congestion and is there any safe medication I can give her to clear it up?
