My 8-month-old dog, Parker Paisley, has been vomiting all day. The vomit started as undigested food and has progressed to watery and foamy. He has been on prednisone for allergies and has been slowly transitioning to a new food. He has vomited about 8 times in the last 24 hours, is still drinking and walking around, but we haven't fed him since this morning. What could be causing this and what should we do?
