We have a 14+ year old dog in extreme distress. She has stopped eating, drinking, cannot walk, and has had several convulsions. The end is very near. Is there any medication that can help her pass away peacefully at home?

He was given 4 months to live without surgery, but I have been treating him at home 'homeopathically' along with a month's prescription of antibiotics from our vet for almost 3 years.
