My puppy, along with its litter mates, was vaccinated at 8 weeks. One puppy started vomiting and having soft stools that evening, but still played and ate. Over the weekend, it bounced back and forth, and today it is drinking small amounts but has lost interest in food, wants to sleep, and tries to hide from its litter mates.
