I have an 8-month-old, 7 lbs Chihuahua named Frodo with one descended testicle and one undescended testicle in his abdomen. We wanted to breed him, but are unsure if it's possible or if we should neuter him. Additionally, he has persistent puppy teeth, particularly his fangs, which haven't fallen out and are causing bad breath. What should we do about these issues, and what is the cost involved?
