I have two dogs with behavioral issues. One has anxiety and is attacking the other, who seems hyper. The anxious dog has brain cancer and is currently on prednisone. Their vet suggested behavioral medication. How can I manage their behavior and prevent fights until they can be seen by a veterinary behaviorist?

Our small dog (Maltese & Bijon mix) has a shaking lower stomach. She has her head down and won't move. She had diarrhea and vomited last night, which was liquid and yellow. She seemed better in the morning but after dinner, she was sleepy and then appeared to be in pain. She is 14+ years old, has a heart issue, and is on pimobendan 5mg twice a day. Her liver enzymes are high but not currently a concern. What could be causing this and what should I do?
