I have two lethargic dogs that have been vomiting for four days, have poor appetite, and are producing foamy emesis. One is a 12 lb schnauzer, 5 years old, and the other is a 15 lb pomeranian mix. I am unable to afford a veterinarian. What can I do to help them?

I have a rescued dog who has shown aggressive behavior, including biting. He bit me twice when I had his toy and recently bit my arm very badly after growling aggressively. This morning, he was sweet and loving. Could this behavior be related to a thyroid issue, and what steps should I take to address this?

My 9-year-old Pomeranian (18 lbs) has had diarrhea for a few days, otherwise, he is his normal self other than discomfort in his anal area. He has been on a homemade diet of white rice, chicken, fresh veggies with occasional dry kibble for at least 5 years and appears much younger than he is. The other day I looked away for a moment as I was disposing of a waste bag and caught him licking some human vomit that was on the ground. Other than that, he had a new treat over the weekend made by Dingo, a chicken treat. At this point, his stool is just liquid and gel-like, but he is strong and hasn't lost his appetite. Should I take him to the vet?
