She isn't warm to the touch and hasn't been urinating due to not drinking water. I'm concerned she might be pregnant or has swallowed something she shouldn't have. What should I do to help her?

His nose is cold, and he is quiet with constant loud gurgling from his stomach. He ate some coyote poo and had raw beef bones recently. Should I take him to the vet tonight or wait until morning?

Buster, a 3-year-old American Cocker Spaniel, is typically very happy and hyperactive but today he is not acting like his normal self. He seems to cower when trying to jump, suddenly yelped and ran for comfort, trembled and yelped more when touched on his back legs, and walks tenderly with his back legs turned inward and hunched back. What's wrong with Buster and what can I do to make him comfortable until I can get him to a vet in the morning?
