My dog, Taz, a 13 lbs, 7-year-old Pallpion, Terrier, Basset Hound mix, is shivering, panting, has a dry but runny nose, and won't eat or drink. He is very mopey, usually energetic, and I noticed this decrease in appetite yesterday. He is not showing signs of pain, but he is still shivering even with a sweater on. He is up to date on his shots, and I've never seen him like this. What should I do?
