I recently got a 2-year-old dog with hardening at the base of his ears and dark, black-greenish discharge inside his ear canal. The dog is aggressive and a very large breed. I have put a muzzle on him to be around my other dogs and family but don't know how to proceed. How do I go about treating the dog's ears least expensively?

I accidentally used human toothpaste (about a pea size amount) instead of canine toothpaste when I brushed my dog's teeth. My dog is a 60lb, 5-year-old female Doberman in great health, showing no signs or symptoms of illness. She was last seen by a vet within the last 6 months and is on Proin 50mg twice a day for incontinence. Is there any cause for concern?

My 6-year-old Yorkie, Faith, started limping on her back left leg. She has had sciatic issues in that leg before. Her appetite is normal, and she still wants to run around and play, but her leg seems out of place, and the limp worsens after she's been laying down. Could her leg be broken or dislocated, or is it possibly a spinal disorder like degenerative disc disease?
