I recently got a new rescue Beagle named Frank, who is 7-8 years old and weighs about 23 lbs. Yesterday, he ate two large bowls of my other dog's food, which he scarfs down quickly. He has since vomited an enormous amount twice, and today he vomited red blood mixed with mucous. Could this be due to his earlier vomiting or possibly a scratch from the food? Frank has been laying around, not interested in food or treats, and has thrown up more blood. What should I do?
