Puppy isn’t moving after birth. What should I do?

My dog Winston, a 1.5-year-old Golden Retriever, vomited undigested food 10 hours after eating and earlier yesterday he threw up a pair of underwear. Could his stomach still be upset from that, or is it a blockage of some sort? He also might have eaten another pair of underwear or a sock. He is acting fine, has normal energy levels, and his stomach isn't sensitive to the touch.

My 3-month-old cavapoo named Ginger has had blood in her poop at least once a week for the last 3 weeks. She has shown no changes in behavior, thirst, or eating habits. She was recently transitioned to a new food, Blue Buffalo puppy chicken formula, which she eats well without vomiting. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a 3-year-old French Bulldog named Hank who vomits after every meal, has lost significant weight, and is shedding a lot of hair. The vomit is both liquidy and foamy and contains his food. He has started licking his paws and scratching, and the vomiting has been ongoing for about a month. He is otherwise healthy and not on any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Riot, a 9-month-old German Shepherd/black lab mix, has been licking his paw until it is raw and his butt is swollen with red stool for the past three days. He hasn't eaten anything unusual and is not currently on flea prevention. What could be causing these issues and what can I do to help him?
