My 1-year-old female crossbreed mini pinscher chihuahua, Venus, is sick. Her jaw is locked, she cannot open her mouth, and she has been shaking all over, with erect ears, not wanting to be touched, easily startled, immobile limbs, and heavy salivation. She improved slightly overnight but still cannot eat or drink due to her closed mouth. She tried to open her mouth but seems to be in pain. My nephew bathed her earlier, and she can now slowly move around. We have not yet brought her to a vet due to our remote location. What should we do?

My Old English Bulldog Pitbull mix, Bruno, has a circular sore/marking on his head that appeared last Sunday and is getting bigger. He is a rescue dog, found tied up in a backyard and adopted two weeks ago. I have photographs of the sore. What could this be, and is there a topical treatment for it?

My 11-year-old Yorkie, weighing 4 lbs, is lethargic, barely moving, and occasionally goes into a state where she appears dead for one to two minutes. She is weak when she gets up, drinks water only when licked off my fingers, and eats a few bites of turkey but not rice. This has been ongoing for 24 hours.
