My 10 1/2-year-old dog, Bentley, is lethargic and having trouble pooping. He is hunched over and only able to produce a small, hard amount of poop that sticks to his hair around the anus. He doesn't seem to be in pain and is still excited for car rides and short walks. He has been grumpy when examined and had some dreamworks dog chews recently. What could be causing this and what should I do?
