My dog, Scooter, has a popped nail on his back foot. I have bandaged it, but it seems to be bothering him, and he is still bleeding. What should I do to stop the bleeding and ensure proper healing?

My dog, Aj, was neutered 4 days ago and has destroyed his cone, wearing it only one day. His testicle area is very red and swollen, with no sign of stitches and no blood. He has antibiotics but no pain relief medication. He also had eye surgery and that seems to be healing well, but he does not want to eat. What should I do?
