Large black-blue spot on the inside hind leg of my dog, Mori, a 2-year-old fawn pug. The spot looks like a red-rimmed bruise but isn't. It has been there for a few months, has gotten bigger, and can shrink with steroid cream but won't go away. Mori is in good health, good weight, up to date on shots, and neutered. What could this spot be and how should it be treated?
