My 10-month-old dog, Finnly, had pelvic surgery 7 weeks ago and has been doing fine until today when he started vomiting. The vomit was initially liquid and then became foamy. He grabbed a licorice jelly bean but it was retrieved before he could eat it. He has been taking trazodone and acepromazine to keep him calm post-surgery. What could be causing the vomiting and what should I do?
