My 10-week-old pit bull puppy, Star, received a 7-in-1 vaccine 2-3 days ago and is now lethargic, has a rumbling belly, acted like she was going to throw up once, and has started shaking while breathing. She won't eat or drink, has diarrhea, and her gums are pale. What could be wrong, and what should I do?

I have a 10-month-old French Bulldog named Sobahkah who is running around panting, unable to settle, and snapping at the air. He is normally a placid, quiet dog but is currently frantic, jumps on me in panic when I sit, and has just vomited white froth. He seems to be focusing on his head and keeps looking up and snapping as though catching flies. He is not hot as we have air conditioning on. Where can I go for help, and what should I be aware of?
