I'm looking for a second opinion for my dog who has been diagnosed with metastatic hemangiosarcoma, has 4 tumors in his abdomen, is anemic, and has been falling a lot. I want to ensure I'm doing everything I can for him and understand the situation better. What can be done to manage his condition and improve his quality of life, and how long can he typically live with this condition?

My puppy, Zoe, has blood around her eyes. I just noticed it about an hour ago. Could it be pink eye? She has been kind of lazy but still active and playing. Her pupils dilated when I put a light in her eye. She hasn't had any head trauma that I know of, and there are no weird head or eye movements, tremors, or other unusual signs.
