My 16-week-old puppy, Archer, licked a bowl that had been sprayed with Dawn Powerwash free and clear. He started having diarrhea 24 hours later. He's been drinking water and eating ice cubes, but only ate half his dinner. He's had his standard 16-week puppy shots and was given 2 ml of anti-diarrhea medication. What could be causing the diarrhea and what should I do to help him recover?

My dog, Blue, has developed symptoms of atopic dermatitis, including paw licking, head shaking, skin odor, flaky skin, minor hair loss, and red irritation on the belly.
