My dog, who has sarcoma and is on chemotherapy every 3 weeks, takes gabapentin 300mg in the morning and 300mg before bed. Today, I gave her the morning dose and my husband accidentally gave her another 300mg (total 600mg). She weighs 64 pounds. Do we need to do anything?

I have a collar on her to prevent further licking. I have Azithromycin 250 mg, can I give it to her for infection? Additionally, how should I clean the wound and should I continue using antibiotic ointment and wrapping it?
