My 11-year-old Boxer terrier, Piper, is shaking, has eaten very little food and water over the past few days, and won't go outside. She also seems more tired than usual, has vomited multiple times, and is having diarrhea. I can't get her to stand up or walk. What could be wrong and what should I do?
