My 11-year-old dog, Toby, has had itchy skin on his tummy since 1/10/22, and the skin color has darkened. He has been scratching himself against the carpet. I've tried coconut oil and bathing him with an itching shampoo, but the issue persists. What could be causing this, and what can I do to help him?
