My 4.5-month-old dog is very lively, boisterous, and tries to nip me all the time. He also humps a pile of my clothes. Friends say this behavior is due to his hormones and will change when he is desexed. Is this true?

My little dachshund is on day 4 of Meditrich (Metronidazole) for suspected diarrhea, but she only had one episode at the vet. She also has Cushing's disease and an enlarged liver. She is showing signs of being unwell, including a bloated stomach, abdominal pain, confusion, stumbling, and decreased appetite. Could these symptoms be caused by the medication, especially given her liver condition?

I found a drop of bright blood on my 4-year-old male pug's pee pad. I have antibiotics (Baytril, possibly 2.2 mg or 22.7 mg). Should I start him on the antibiotics, and what dosage should I use?

My 10-week-old puppy is constantly peeing every few minutes, and the amount is unusually large, about 2 cups full. He is very energetic before he pees, jumping around and having spasms. What could be wrong with him, and is there anything I can do to ease any pain he might be experiencing?
