My 11-year-old Shih Tzu has been vomiting, has a hard stomach, and is shaking constantly. The vet diagnosed elevated liver values and prescribed medication, but the symptoms have worsened. Should we perform an expensive ultrasound, or is it kinder to consider euthanasia?

We have an older Weimaraner named Gunner who had surgery to repair a torn ACL a couple of years ago. Now, in that same leg, he is bending his paw over and walking on the top, dragging that leg and is extremely weak in his back legs. He isn't acting like he is in pain and is taking Glycoflex, Fish Oil, and 10 mg of thyroid medicine. What could be causing this issue and what should we do?

My three-year-old labradoodle has had a few episodes of involuntary leg shaking tonight, both legs on the upper side while lying down, which stopped when she stood up. She had a flea bath a week ago using Sentry flea and tick oatmeal shampoo, despite being current on Frontline. Could the shampoo be the cause?

My dog, Madison, who is almost 14 years old, has been experiencing symptoms of lethargy, unbalance, refusal to eat, confusion, and vision loss. Her vet suspects she may have had a stroke or a brain tumor and has advised against further testing, recommending to keep her comfortable instead. Should I get a second opinion, and what should I do to manage her condition?
