My dog, Madison, who is almost 14 years old, has been experiencing symptoms of lethargy, unbalance, refusal to eat, confusion, and vision loss. Her vet suspects she may have had a stroke or a brain tumor and has advised against further testing, recommending to keep her comfortable instead. Should I get a second opinion, and what should I do to manage her condition?

My dog, Shiloh, a 3-year-old 50-pound German shepherd mix, has a swollen snout on one side. She is in pain, tilting her head, walking funny, and seems weak. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 10-year-old Yorkie has been vomiting for about a day. She has nothing in her stomach, so sometimes nothing comes out or it's yellow like bile. She is lethargic and shaking on and off. My toddler throws all of his food on the floor, and though I try my best to not let her eat it, she is way faster than me! Does this sound like food has upset her or something more serious?
