My dog, Ally, has a UTI and is squatting frequently. She had a UTI a month ago and was treated with medication. It's Saturday, and all vets are closed. What can I do to help her until I can get her to a vet on Monday?

Our 2-year-old mixed breed dog, Tucker, took a 16 mg pill of Apoquel at 5 pm today and started showing signs of panting, dilated pupils, pacing, and difficulty walking, similar to hallucinations. He also had two vaccines today (DA2P4L and Borrelia) and some supplements (100 mg turmeric, 3 drops sunflower oil, 3 drops primrose oil, and fish oil). What could be causing these symptoms and what should we do?
