My 12-year-old Coton de Tulear dog, Mic, had an abscessed tooth pulled in August and still has a fleshy bump under his eye. The vet tried to drain it but found nothing. Mic is not a good eater and had to be force-fed Rimadyl and antibiotics after surgery. What could be causing the bump and what should be done about it?

My 8lb Pomeranian, Tinkerbella, is using accessory muscles to breathe at the dog park. She has been sitting or lying down the entire time and is acting very inactive. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 9-year-old dog, Duncan, a Pyrenees x Husky, is showing signs of abdominal discomfort such as changing positions and frequent vomiting, which started about an hour ago but seems to be improving. He is otherwise in good health except for being on thyroxine medication. He had a small amount of kibble at 5 am and a 4" deerhide rollup, which he has had before. What should I do to ensure he is okay and what signs should I watch for?

I noticed a smallish lump on my dog's tummy, just where the ribs part. The dog's name is Lilly, she is 7 and a half years old, and she is not neutered. She might be due in season soon, has been off food a bit, and has had some runs but not always. She is otherwise normal and happy. The lump is under the skin, quite soft, moveable, and doesn't seem to bother her. Could it be a hernia or a fatty lump? What should I do?
