My 2.5-year-old German Shepherd, Yoda, slipped off the couch while asleep, woke up confused, and exhibited unusual lethargy, slow movement, and heavy panting for about 30 minutes. Her stomach is making loud rumbling noises, her burps smell like sulfur, and she is twitching in her sleep. She has not eaten anything unusual and is not showing changes in appetite. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
