My dog, Rocco, ate wet food that was left out overnight and has vomited four times today. He ate about half a can (7 oz) and weighs 65 lbs. He is 5 years old. Should I take him to the vet tomorrow or wait to see if it passes?

My three-year-old dog, Ozzy, has been acting odd for the past few days. He's usually very energetic but now he's laying around, walking slowly, and staring at me. He also shakes after simple activities like going to the bathroom. He had bladder surgery two months ago for stone removal. He's eating well when hand-fed but not getting up to eat on his own. He seems slightly constipated and has been scooting and chewing around his haunches. What could be causing this and what should I do?
