My three-year-old dog, Ozzy, has been acting odd for the past few days. He's usually very energetic but now he's laying around, walking slowly, and staring at me. He also shakes after simple activities like going to the bathroom. He had bladder surgery two months ago for stone removal. He's eating well when hand-fed but not getting up to eat on his own. He seems slightly constipated and has been scooting and chewing around his haunches. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My elderly dog, Bella, who is around 13 years old, is walking with an arch and is lethargic today. She ate and drank normally yesterday and has been drinking water, peeing, and pooping normally today. She is usually very sleepy due to her age, but her arched walking is concerning. Should I wait until my veterinarian opens in the morning to take her in for an X-ray, or is this an emergency that requires immediate attention?
