My 13-year-old Chiweenie, Duke, has a very low appetite and has lost a lot of weight. He eats a little and drinks normally, but he's been licking fine dirt on the cement and occasionally vomiting yellow foam. His stool looks normal but is smaller due to his reduced food intake. He doesn't seem to be in pain, and there are no visible worms in his stool. What could be causing this and what should I do until I can get him to the vet?

Our 6-year-old lab, Tucker, cannot hold his balance, his back is giving up, he keeps blinking as if he cannot see, he threw up (foamy and solid), and his nose is hot. A 9-week-old puppy named London has been vomiting for over 24 hours. She has no fever, is still attempting to drink water, and has urinated 5 times in 24 hours. The vomit is both liquidy and foamy with some particles but no discernible food. She chewed on her older brother's rawhide, is a Shorkie weighing 4 lbs, and is hesitant to eat. She has vomited at least 8 times, had soft stool once yesterday morning, and hasn't pooped since. Is it time to take her to the vet?
