My 13-year-old dog, Duke, has diarrhea and bloody stool for the first time. He doesn't seem more or less thirsty than usual, hasn't eaten anything unusual, and his energy level and appetite are normal. What could be causing this and what should I do?

We are considering fresh meal plans from farmers dog, myollie, and nom nom now for our 80 lb, 6-year-old boxer named Oliver, who has a history of pancreatitis and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). These plans estimate daily calorie intake between 800-1200 calories, which is much lower than the 2-3 thousand we have been aiming for. If the quality of food is better and fresh with no preservatives, is it possible to need less calories per day? Additionally, we are looking for recommendations on what to avoid in his diet due to his medical history, and whether the current Z/D Hills Science Diet is suitable for him as he still has loose stool after a month on it.

My dog, Jaz, is 13 years old and has been peeing blood with an unusual smell since yesterday. She also seems more tired than usual and her tongue is pale pink, slightly white. Should I seek emergency care or call her vet in the morning?

My 12-year-old male German Shorthaired Pointer, Hans, has not stooled in several days except for diarrhea many days ago. He is prone to anal gland infections and was diagnosed with an abscess that has since opened and is draining. He is also barely eating and has been vomiting. His back end seems to be bulging. Might he be obstructed, and are the abscess and these symptoms connected?

My dog ate three grapes seven hours ago. The dog is a 4-year-old Havanese weighing approximately 12 pounds. There has been no vomiting, but their stomach has a lot of sounds, and their nose is not as wet. Should I take them to an emergency vet, or can I wait and monitor their condition?

My yellow lab, Thor, who is barely 2 years old, has been having terrible diarrhea with blood in his stool for about a week. He has been more sensitive with food and has had some vomiting, but he acts perfectly fine and is his normal playful self. What could be causing this and what should I do?
