My 13-year-old mixed breed dog, Blossum, has been lethargic and urinating throughout the house for a week. She was in heat two weeks ago and her urine is sticky and frequent, often leaving large puddles. She has not been spayed and has not had recent blood work. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My 16-year-old Jack Russell terrier, Precious, is having trouble breathing through her nostrils. Her nose is crusty, and the holes in her nostrils seem closed off. She has been experiencing this for a couple of days and has stopped eating during the last day. What could be wrong, and what can we do to help her?

My 70 lb dog, Isabel, ate a significant amount of dry baby formula powder while we were gone. I am concerned about the potential toxicity, especially regarding the iron content. Should I take her to the hospital, or can I monitor her at home?

My 1.5-year-old Vizsla, Craig, has vomited several times today, with the last two sessions containing more blood. He has a history of food sensitivity, particularly to chicken, and is currently on a salmon-based diet. He also has a suspected case of sebaceous adenitis, which is being managed with salmon oil and niacinamide. He is still eating, drinking, and playing. Should I take him to an emergency vet now, or can it wait until tomorrow?
