My dog, Diamond, a 9-year-old female, has lost strength in her hind legs, won't eat or drink, and has no vomiting or diarrhea. She was in heat when she got sick, but is no longer in heat. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?

My 7-year-old Brittany, Jebby, threw up yellow foam this morning and has been lethargic, bleary-eyed, and experiencing dry heaves since then. He has vomited several times with white bits in the vomit, possibly from a chew stick. He is still drinking water and eating snow, but wakes up every 30-40 minutes with heaving. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I just got a 7-week-old American Pit Bull puppy. She is very active when she wants to play but sleeps most of the day and sometimes refuses to stay awake. She has had intermittent diarrhea and eats less than I think a typical puppy should. I changed her diet from Blue brand to Canine Caviar puppy food and gave her new puppy treats, which I've since stopped. I am concerned if this is just her adapting to the move or if it could be something else. She has not been vaccinated yet due to COVID-related cancellations, and I am unable to get her seen by a vet until March 4th. What should I do?
