My 13-year-old silky terrier, Malalah, had a stroke several days ago. Since then, she has experienced sudden onset blindness, uneven and slower gait, and occasional seizures. She also walks in circles and has difficulty getting up. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do for her?

My dog is shaking, has vomited, and is sitting very close to me. I just noticed it an hour ago. How do I tell if it’ll pass on its own or if I should get further help? There were some unusual chunks in her vomit. She is 12 years old, fully vaccinated, has had no recent changes in diet, but is very food driven and eats things in the yard and on walks all the time. She managed to eat her dinner tonight and has kept it down. However, she was shaking a lot and very clingy, which is unusual for her.
