My dog has had bot flies or maggots inside him for a long time now. I took him to the vet, who saw the holes but could not recover the species as they had already left. The vet prescribed Doxy 100mg twice a day, but the holes are increasing, and my dog is losing hair, has severe red irritated skin with raised bumps, discharge from his penis, and severe tearing bleeding itching around the anus. He is also experiencing shortness of breath, sleeping more, coughing, difficulty seeing, and going in circles. What is going on, and what medications can I use to help my dog?

My five-week-old German Shepherd, Zapora, is being treated for a skin infection with mites. She is on a liquid medication called Ivermectin Inj-1% (Endo Mectin), which she is supposed to receive orally at a dose of 0.05cc twice a day for seven days, then increasing to 0.1cc. My roommate accidentally gave her 0.3cc instead of 0.05cc. Zapora was fine all night but vomited after her morning feeding and medication. She has vomited only once and seems normal otherwise. Should I be worried?
