My 14-year-old dog, Beefcake, has a swollen paw after being wrapped. The nail became embedded into the paw due to the wrap. The paw was wrapped to prevent scratching, but now it's unwrapped and an e-collar is in place. The paw has been swollen for about 30-36 hours since the wrap was removed. He isn't using the paw and has difficulty maintaining balance. What should I do?

I have a 10-week-old Blue Pit Bull Terrier puppy that has eaten some rat poison (EPA Reg No 12***-***-****) about 3 hours ago. There are no symptoms yet, but I think the puppy ate about a teaspoon of it. What should I do?

My 6-week-old puppy, Bandit, has been sneezing and mucus is coming out. The sneezing started about a week ago, and he seems congested at times. He is eating and drinking normally, but he hasn't started his vaccinations yet. What should I do?

My chihuahua, Babygirl, is showing signs of paralysis in her back legs, which started two days ago. She recently had an ear infection and was treated with antibiotics. She fell from the bed but doesn't yelp when I touch her legs. Can heartworms attacking the spine be related to her paralysis, and can she be treated?

My father is watching my dog for the week and sent me a picture of her paw. It appears her nail got caught in something and caused a cut/tear. Was curious if we needed to take her to emergency or if I could keep my current appointment which is set for Thursday. There is minimal blood and he said he sprayed the wound with antiseptic first aid spray and wrapped it in gauze. Also said she isnโt limping or appearing to be in pain but was trying to lick/clean the wound before he wrapped it up.

Hello, my 10-year-old Siberian Husky named Chief has been experiencing sudden and increasingly frequent episodes of loss of coordination, loss of balance to one side, asymmetrical ears, nausea, surplus saliva, lip smacking, spinal or body constriction, and uneven breathing. The episodes have been happening closer together, with the longest one lasting 6 minutes. There has been a sudden increase in water intake before these episodes. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
