My 14-year-old dog, Sasha, had minor surgery today to remove a benign mass from the outside of his gum. I'm trying to determine if he needs to wear an e-collar overnight, as he has shown no signs of discomfort since the surgery. Additionally, I'm concerned about his ability to drink with the e-collar on.

My dog, Stanley, had calcium oxalate kidney stones in his bladder and had surgery. The surgeon said they will likely come back and there's nothing I can do to manage them. They prescribed a urinary tract diet food that only helps but doesn't prevent. What else can I do to help manage or prevent these stones?

My dog vomited after eating, with undigested food and bloody-tinged mucus. She hasn't vomited in the last 24 hours, is eating a bland diet, drinking water, and peeing, but hasn't pooped since she went all day without eating. I gave her 1/2 tab of a 10mg Pepcid twice. Should I still take her to the vet, and how long should she stay on Pepcid?
