My 14-year-old Shih Tzu, Missy, was attacked by a cat. She has one eye swollen shut, swollen lymph nodes, a bleeding abscess near her jaw, and is coughing up blood. She is also having trouble walking. What do you recommend?

I accidentally spilled 2% gentian violet and my dog, Vinnie (a 2-year-old boxer weighing 74 pounds), licked some while I was cleaning it up. His tongue and mouth are stained purple, and I'm unsure how much he actually ingested. It happened about 20 minutes ago, and he hasn't vomited. What should I do?
