My 15-week-old puppy chewed on a 'sustained ultra hydratant' eye drop container. Is the product poisonous, and should I be concerned given that the puppy has not vomited and has received his third set of shots?

Hello, my dog seems to have a corneal ulcer. I should have some drops for this, just wanted to make sure I can give them while she is on gabapentin for a possible slipped disc or spinal stroke. Can I use tobramycin while she is using gabapentin?
