Our younger dog, Diesel, is urinating blood after our dogs had a bat that they must have killed during the night. We are worried that this could be caused by the bat and concerned about potential health risks to our 4-month-old baby. I have a pit bull mix who usually eats a lot, but recently she has been eating half as much as usual or not eating at all. We have tried changing her food, the location in which she is fed, and more exercise, but nothing has worked. She shows no signs of illness, and when she does eat, her stools are normal. Is there anything else we can try?

My dachshund was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease and has been on Vetoryl for about a month. She was doing well until she vomited twice and became lethargic. No diarrhea and she still has an appetite. She has been drinking more water than usual since starting the meds. Is there something I can do in the meantime? Can I give her the meds every other day?
