My dog, Bear, is vomiting and not eating or drinking. His energy level is low, and his appetite started decreasing after getting vaccinated and given Nexgard. He has vomited about 5-6 times, and the vomit looks like stomach acid or mucus. He doesn't seem to be in pain, and I'm not aware of him eating anything unusual. What should I do?
