My 16-pound West Highland Terrier, Dolly, ate about half of a 3-inch diameter chocolate cookie 20 minutes ago. She seems okay so far, but I'm concerned because she has IBD. Should I be worried, and what signs should I look for that would prompt me to take her to an emergency vet?

My 5-month-old Boston Terrier, Tugboat, has been throwing up since 10 am. He can't keep any food down, and when he drinks water, he throws it back up. He has had a little diarrhea this morning but nothing since. The vomit was initially with food but now it's white and foamy. He was around a puppy that recently had tapeworms but was cured.
