My 16-year-old bichon named Max had a wart surgically removed several months ago, but it has grown back and the skin is very thin and sensitive. He keeps scratching, causing bleeding, and the area hasn't healed. What could be the issue, and what should I do to help with the healing process?

Hello. I have an older Pomeranian who suddenly is not able to walk straight and his back legs twist on their own. Today, he started sprawling out with his front legs like in a T. He is older, so we think it’s arthritis. Not sure if this is an emergency vet situation. The dog's eyes are focused straight ahead, he is not taking any medications, and he is estimated to be 10-13 years old. He has a history of seizures, but only one this year. He also has no teeth.

She has been having trouble urinating for about 2 days, is drinking a lot of water, breathing a bit harder, and is listless. She also refused to eat yesterday but finished her food this morning.
