My 16-year-old neutered male dog, Dee-Oh-Gee, has been experiencing white foamy vomit for three days, prior to that yellowish vomit for two days, and smelly poop for five days, which has been runny and mucusy on some days. He has diabetes and thyroid disorder, and is on insulin and thyroid medication. He has been eating grass and occasional people food like cheese, bread crust, crackers, and pieces of chicken over the last few days. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Cici, a 9-year-old Yorkie Maltese mix, has been experiencing severe itching on her paws and sensitive skin for months. She has been licking and rubbing the affected areas, and now has a crusty round patch on her chest. Her nails also show some crusting where the pad meets the nail bed. My yellow lab, Oakley, got into medications (Trazadone and Credelio). She is a year old and weighs around 50 lbs. We left at 5:30 PM and got home at 8:30 PM. She threw up, but I didn't see any pills. I'm not sure how many she ingested. What should I do and what symptoms should I look for?
